April in Superior Realities

This is a new monthly segment in which I’ll recap all of my posts from my other blog, Superior Realities. If you’re interested in my gaming habits, my thoughts on TV and movies, or my life as a freelance writer, this is the place to be.Visit Superior Realities

  • I Just Finished a Book – In retrospect, I maybe should have posted this on Worldspectrum.net. If you’re interested in what it’s like for me to finish a novel, check it out.
  • The Game Hopper Shuffle – My gaming habits have gotten a bit… promiscuous as of late. Early in the month, I was jumping between no less than four different games, from World of Warcraft to Mass Effect 3.
  • Mass Effect 3: Wow – Apologies for the ineloquent title, but that really was my reaction upon finishing the game. After the disappointment of ME2, I was truly blown away.
  • My Most “Tinfoil Hat” Warcraft Theories – My most bizarre, far-fetched, and conspiratorial theories about the lore of Warcraft universe.
  • Likeable Characters Versus Sympathetic Characters – Inspired by Mass Effect 3 and a certain genetically perfect bitch, I muse on the differences between a character you like and a character you can sympathize with.
  • Original Fiction: The Forest God’s Child – An ancient nature deity gains a new perspective on the world after discovering an orphaned human at the boundary of his woods.
  • Review: Defiance Pilot + Titan Article – Desperate for some new sci-fi TV to watch, I check out the pilot for the new series Defiance and find myself thoroughly underwhelmed. Also includes a new article by yours truly on Blizzard’s unannounced MMO known only as Project: Titan.
  • When in Doubt, Elves – BECAUSE ELVES, THAT’S WHY!
